Refund & Digital Delivery Policy

Digital Delivery
The Effort Edit sells digital products only. No physical product will be shipped.
After successful payment, customers receive access to their purchased files through the order-confirmation page and receipt email. Customers are responsible for downloading and saving their files.
If you do not receive your download link or experience a technical issue accessing the files, contact hello@theeffortedit.com.
Refund Policy
We want customers to feel confident purchasing from The Effort Edit.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase. Refunds may be approved for:
- Duplicate purchases or duplicate charges
- Files that are corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be accessed after reasonable troubleshooting
- A product that is materially different from the description shown at the time of purchase
Because digital files are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, refunds for change of mind may not be approved after the product has been successfully accessed or downloaded, except where required by law.
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@theeffortedit.com with:
- The email address used for the purchase
- The product name
- The purchase date
- A brief explanation of the issue
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Payment Disputes
Please contact hello@theeffortedit.com before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. We will make a reasonable effort to investigate and resolve purchase, delivery, or billing concerns promptly.
Product License
Purchases are licensed for the individual buyer’s personal or professional use.
Customers may not reproduce, distribute, share, resell, publish, sublicense, or make the files available to others unless written permission has been provided by The Effort Edit.
Statutory Consumer Rights
This policy does not replace or limit any mandatory cancellation, refund, conformity, warranty, or consumer-protection right available under applicable law.
Customers in some jurisdictions may have additional rights regarding online purchases and digital content.
Policy Updates
The Effort Edit may update this policy as the business or product offerings change. The policy displayed on this page at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase.
